Confluence will open with breakfast at 8:00 a.m., and sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. Throughout the half-day conference, you will hear from speakers that will both inspire and challenge the way you think about engaging customers.
After lunch, guests will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions, business meetings, or hand-selected mountain activities like fly fishing, ATV rides, and more. Tuesday will close with a one-of-a-kind experience that will entertain and excite.
On Wednesday, the conference continues with a networking lunch at noon with Clearlink’s digital marketing experts, brand partners, and executive leadership team. The remaining general sessions begin at 1:30 p.m. Throughout the remaining half-day, attendees will hear from Clearlink Executives and Digital Marketing Experts that will engage and influence the ways you approach digital marketing. The conference will close with a keynote presentation from Jeanne Bliss, a sought after speaker and thought-leader, the author of three best-selling books, and co-founder of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Wednesday will close with an exclusive attendee dinner at new High West Distillery in Wanship, Utah.

Most known for launching and scaling the Amazon Marketplace business which now accounts for over 50% of all Amazon units sold and shipped. While at Amazon he also served as Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon.com, where he managed worldwide services to enterprise clients such as Target.com, Toys R Us, Sears, Marks and Spencer, and the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Jeanne Bliss pioneered the role of the Chief Customer Officer, holding the first ever CCO role for over 20 years at Lands’ End, Microsoft, Coldwell Banker and Allstate Corporations. Reporting to each company’s CEO, she moved the customer to the strategic agenda, creating transformational changes to each brands’ customer experience. She has driven achievement of 95 percent loyalty rates, improving customer experiences across 50,000-person organizations.
Joe Martin has a BS in Finance and a MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Utah. He has worked more than ten years in consumer data analysis, corporate strategy, brand growth, and digital marketing. His analyses have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Associated Press, and Forbes. Joe is currently a social analytics lead and brand evangelist at Adobe.
